The Technology Trainee Program develops future technology leaders by providing meaningful experiences, hands-on learning, and exposure to critical business and technology challenges. Trainees are hired into one of several technology role types based on business needs, technical skills, interests, and development opportunities. This role is within the Data & Analytics trainee track, focusing on transforming enterprise data into trusted, actionable business insights by supporting data management, governance, reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Successful candidates demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative thinking, attention to data quality and integrity, the ability to identify patterns and opportunities within data, effective communication and storytelling skills, and curiosity about how data drives business performance and value creation.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Related technical disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement through coursework, projects, organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Interest in technology, innovation, automation, data, and AI
• Passion for building a long-term career within Technology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business and technology challenges
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, operation, or support of technology solutions
• Analyze data and information to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Learn and apply Technology standards, processes, and best practices
• Support secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning
• Build knowledge of Anheuser-Busch's business, operations, customers, and technology ecosystem
