About The Position

The Liquid Finance Platform covers a variety of roles and is central to the delivery of best-in-class products and services, and for the provision of strategic client and risk solutions across the full spectrum of the Prime Financing businesses. In this critical, high-visibility role, you are not just a data scientist, you are a strategic advisor and the primary data storyteller for our leadership team. You will transform multi-layered datasets into clear, commercially relevant insights that fuel strategy and uncover hidden trends within capital and financing markets. You will bring analytical depth, market intuition, and the ability to communicate insights with clarity, confidence, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship
• Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight
• Primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading, risk, billing and reporting
• Provide expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives
• Subject matter expert for our clients, with a deep understanding of each client’s business mix, operational requirements and product sensitivities
• Contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change.
• Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
• If managing a team, they define jobs and responsibilities, planning for the department’s future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes.
• Lead a number of specialists to influence the operations of a department, in alignment with strategic as well as tactical priorities, while balancing short and long term goals and ensuring that budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
