About The Position

Spend 10 weeks getting real-world experience in the fast-paced QSR industry - and doing work that actually matters. You’ll work hands-on with a team, take on meaningful projects, and have the opportunity to make an impact from day one. Along the way, you’ll connect with leaders across the business, get an inside look at the QSR industry, build your professional network, and participate in career development experiences designed to help you grow. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program or graduate within the past 6 months
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in learning and growing professionally
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from others
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new tools and technology
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels and contribute in a professional corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to explore data, identify patterns, and uncover insights that support business decisions.
• Support the development and testing of predictive models, machine learning approaches, or other data science solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and modeling.
• Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Visualize and communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to help business partners understand and act on insights.
• Take on a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the Data Science team and the broader business.
