About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Data Science and Analytics team. This role is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in supply chain and manufacturing analytics. The intern will also engage in researching governance policies and data retention/training policies for various large language models (LLMs) in the market. This position offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills in a real-world business context, contributing directly to projects that impact our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Basic understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, manufacturing, and pricing data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of analytical models to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct comprehensive research on governance policies and data retention strategies for LLMs, presenting findings to senior team members.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in the documentation and presentation of analysis results and project outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning activities with other team members, including workshops and seminars relevant to the role.
