Data Science and Analytics Manager
About The Position
The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Air Dominance Proprietary AM-H Digital Infrastructure Segment (DIS) is seeking a Data Science & Analytics Manager to lead an Engineering Data Science team located in Hazelwood, MO. This team is responsible for defining, developing, and deploying predictive/prescriptive analytic solutions to meet program objectives related to the development of products and manufacturing processes. The AM-H DIS Data Science and Analytics Engineering manager will work collaboratively across the program and the enterprise with personnel from IT&DA, the Software Engineering AI organization, and BDS DA&DI organizations. The team will consist of engineering data scientists and systems engineers, and will work with LLMs, develop ML algorithms, and create data visualizations in conjunction with data scientists from the broader organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of related-work experience
- Experience leading projects
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

- Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies
