We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong background in data visualization, analysis, and report generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop compelling insights, and create actionable dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. Requirements

Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Experience in one or more of the following data visualization, report development, and business intelligence.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or similar.
Experience with SQL and/or Oracle databases for data extraction and manipulation.

Responsibilities

Gather, aggregate, and manage data from various sources, including SQL databases, Oracle databases, SharePoint, flat files, and other structured or unstructured formats.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate data.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in all aggregation, analysis, and visualization activities.
Continuously improve data aggregation and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in data governance and quality initiatives to uphold high standards of data management.
