About The Position

Guidehouse supports multiple end-client mission and operational needs in an enabling fashion, providing vital operational support and business process improvement consulting services. In this role, you will work directly with government clients, team members, and office stakeholders to execute these functions and provide critical problem-solving skills. This Consultant will support an Intelligence Community client with advanced analytics efforts to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will guide the development of predictive models, analytical methodologies, and data-driven solutions, while shaping analytical strategy and advising stakeholders on optimal approaches.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • ZERO (0) to TWO (2) years of professional experience in any of the following: data analysis, project management, process improvement, or training.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience with data science and analytics best practices.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, machine learning, data visualization, or business intelligence tools such as SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Python
  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other national security clients.
  • Experience collaborating directly with government stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and support the implementation of data-driven solutions.
  • Commitment to working as part of an integrated, disciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
