About The Position

abra’s Data & AI Division is hiring a Data Sales Manager! The role involves selling Data & AI projects, solutions, and services, managing complex sales processes with Enterprise customers, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving business opportunities from initial engagement through to closing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, information systems, or IT services, with experience in Data & AI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies - Mandatory.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships - Mandatory.
• Experience leading tenders, commercial proposals, and large-scale sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across both Business and IT organizations.
• Strong business acumen combined with a solid understanding of technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High level of English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.
• Experience working for a system integrator, consulting firm, or technology services company.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales processes for Data, Analytics, BI, and AI solutions across enterprise organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand activity with both existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology units.
• Lead RFP and RFI processes, including proposal development and commercial submissions.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Data Architects, Data Experts, and Delivery teams to design winning solutions.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into innovative technology solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive opportunities through successful closure.
• Represent Abra's Data & AI capabilities in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.
