About The Position

Zonda Urban (ZU) is seeking a detail-oriented, self-managing individual to join their team as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist for a 1-year contract. This role involves working 20-30 hours per week to assist in collecting and maintaining data for new multi-family and rental housing projects within ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring various sources for information releases, making phone inquiries, inputting sales data, verifying information accuracy, monitoring development permits, and maintaining an accurate representation of upcoming projects and their status.

Requirements

A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information.
Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development.
Organized and resourceful with strong research skills and the ability to work from home, and a positive attitude.
Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment.
Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.
Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases.
Make inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban.
Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product.
Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy.
Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities.
Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
