About The Position

The Transformation Office Data & Reporting Program Integration Manager owns integrated execution across the Core Modernization data-to-reporting value stream. This role manages the flow of work from business requirements and data mapping through ODPS/Semantic Layer exposure, Data Warehouse consumption, reporting and downstream application build, UAT validation, and launch readiness. This position provides the connective layer across delivery teams by maintaining an integrated view of schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, readiness, and impacts to key data and reporting teams. The role drives execution discipline through Jira and Agile delivery practices, facilitates cross-team collaboration, escalates unresolved risks with fact-based recommendations, and ensures leadership has clear visibility into delivery health and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Strong program, transformation, or delivery management experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in planning, dependency management, governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder facilitation, and executive communication.
• Ability to influence alignment and outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery practices.
