About The Position

As Data and Reporting Analyst for our OASAS-funded FORGE program, you'll be responsible for program data integrity, reporting, performance monitoring, and analytical support. You will oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation to support OASAS reporting, management decision-making, and continuous improvement. FORGE (Fostering Opportunities, Resilience, Growth and Employment) is a technical assistance program intended to support Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors in delivering job opportunities and support for people recovering from substance use disorder. FORGE provides job coaching, training to Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, and develops relationships with employers to generate viable, recovery-friendly employment opportunities for participants.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in program reporting, database management, quality monitoring, or performance analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public administration, statistics, information systems, social science, public health, or a related field required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with case management systems and reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Commitment to participant-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with significant barriers to employment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nonprofit, workforce, health, behavioral health, or human services settings preferred.
  • Experience with government-funded human services, workforce, or behavioral health programs preferred.
  • Experience with case management systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program data collection, entry protocols, validation, and reporting workflows.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, data summaries, and supporting narrative content.
  • Monitor performance indicators, service volumes, outcomes, and benchmarks and identify emerging risks or gaps.
  • Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies in coordination with program staff.
  • Train staff on data entry requirements, reporting expectations, and documentation standards.
  • Support audits, monitoring visits, and requests for documentation while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
