About The Position

Join our dynamic team at PPG Aerospace in Burbank, California, as a Data Quality Engineer ! You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient organization and management of data quality, reporting directly to the Research and Engineering Services Manager. As a Data Quality Engineer, you will maintain accurate records, manage data workflows, and support the data entry process. The base salary range for this position is $70,304 to $72,304, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 4.5% of base salary. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field required
1+ years of prior data entry or administrative experience required
Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team and management to establish efficient document management systems
Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring integrity and completeness of records.
Organize and categorize documents with systematic filing methods to facilitate easy retrieval
Work with teams to coordinate and track document workflows throughout the organization
Perform regular audits to identify documentations discrepancies and address any inconsistencies.
Help develop and implement standardized procedures to refine document control processes
Produce reports on document status, providing regular updates to the Senior Data Entry Supervisor and partners
Respond promptly to internal and external requests for information, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy
Contribute to continuous improvement of document management practices, stay informed about industry standards and adopt best practices thriving team.
