About The Position

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support its growing team and deliver solutions to federal clients. The role focuses on designing and conducting data collection and analysis, maintaining data quality, merging datasets, developing queries and reports, applying statistical techniques, and communicating findings through written reports and visualizations. The position also supports recurring and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements and prepares briefings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a significant quantitative analytic focus.
• Knowledge of and experience using Python.
• At least 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years of relevant experience in workforce/human capital analysis, business/finance/economics, operations research, and/or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree with a significant quantitative analytic focus.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, SPSS, and Microsoft Access.
• Working knowledge of NGA organizations and mission.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Strong customer-service background and ability to advise on tactical and strategic issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to develop written materials for working and senior audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team, establish a network of contacts, and mentor and guide team members.
• Demonstrated ability to merge multiple workload and population datasets using advanced Excel functions and other statistical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews, research, and data analysis and translate information into analytic results.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and organize research approaches for data collection and analysis.
• Administer quality control and process improvement activities, including data entry, data cleaning, and data coding.
• Merge multiple datasets using advanced Excel functions and other statistical applications.
• Develop queries and reports; extract data from PeopleSoft, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS; and analyze data using advanced statistical techniques.
• Design, conduct, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative research.
• Present analysis results in text and visualizations to communicate findings to customers.
• Support annual and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements and prepare briefings and reports as needed.
