The Data Product Owner(Strategy Lead) role is part of a horizontal function supporting all delivery verticals under the newly formed ITGPST Data Strategy and Delivery organization. This role defines data domain-level strategies and establishes consistent end-to-end data flow design patterns, while enabling accurate and timely data-focused requirements scoping by coordinating across business and technology teams to synergize efforts across multiple projects. It aligns strategic objectives and enforces standards through governance—reducing rework, ensuring regulatory and audit compliance, and enabling reusable design patterns. The role drives predictable delivery across a multi-million-dollar portfolio by embedding opportunities for strategic objectives such as data modernization, cloud migration, and AI adoption.
