About The Position

As a Data Product Analyst within Arden University’s Data Practice, you’ll play a key role in translating our data product vision and strategy into clear, actionable requirements that enable our teams to deliver valuable data products. Working closely with Data Product Leads, Lead Engineers and the wider Scrum team, you’ll bridge the gap between product strategy and technical delivery. You’ll capture and document business and data requirements, map processes and workflows, and translate strategic priorities into structured user stories and well-defined backlog items that development teams can confidently take forward. You’ll act as the day-to-day link between the Data Product Leads and the Scrum team, ensuring requirements are clear, understood and ready for delivery. You’ll help facilitate effective collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity to complex requirements and supporting the smooth progression of initiatives from idea through to delivery. While your primary focus will be requirements analysis and documentation, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider data product development activities, supporting team priorities and helping to continuously improve how we develop and deliver data products across the University.
