About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate computer-generated tallies, entering data into a computer database, and scanning completed items into the Airvault Encapture program. The Data Processor will also ensure paperwork is complete and accounted for, assist with the organization of the production board, and provide project status reports. Maintaining a clean and organized production control booth is also a key responsibility. The position requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and may require working any shift as needed.

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Must be able to copy, file.
  • Have good computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Some college and/or technical school desirable.
  • Previous Aircraft or Data processing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and complete computer-generated tallies.
  • Entering items into the computer database program.
  • Scanning completed items into Airvault Encapture program.
  • Ensuring paperwork is complete, accurate and accounted for at all times.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the production board.
  • Provide accurate project status reports to the Managers as requested.
  • Keep the production control booth clean and organized at all times.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Data Processor Supervisor.
