Brown & Joseph is seeking Data Processing Support position as we continue to grow our team! Data Processing Support handles a variety of administrative tasks. This position is located in-office 5 days a week.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) and/or 2 years of professional experience
Familiarity with databases or reporting systems
Excel analysis
Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Use Excel for data cleanup and formatting
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Data entry
Good time management skills
Help create and maintain reports from internal systems
Assist with shared inbox management
Provide front desk reception support by fielding and routing calls, processing mail, and greeting guests
Consistent, professional dress, and manner
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
Support general administrative needs across departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
