About The Position

Natera is seeking a Data Privacy Director to advance and operationalize its enterprise privacy program across commercial, clinical, and product environments. This hands-on leadership role supports privacy impact assessments, regulatory analysis, and contract and legal privacy reviews, with an emphasis on enabling business decisions through practical, risk-based guidance. The Director partners with cross-functional teams to embed privacy principles throughout the lifecycle of data, technology, and innovation initiatives, and may guide and mentor privacy team members and external resources.
