About The Position

Texas Capital Bank is looking for a Product Manager to join our CRM Product Organization. This role is responsible for translating enterprise CRM strategy into actionable domain and value-stream roadmaps, managing senior business stakeholders, and ensuring every release delivers measurable business value. The Product Manager sits between strategic intent and execution — owning end-to-end process design for assigned domains, driving investment prioritization, and coaching Product Owners and Product Leads to elevate overall team performance. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for an experienced product professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, delivery leadership, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM products or platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and delivering outcomes against strategic business objectives
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, interpret KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to influence and present to executive audiences
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and experience leading cross-functional product teams
  • Working knowledge of data architecture, platform integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Familiarity with risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements in a banking or financial services environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data model and workflow design
  • Prior experience in financial services — banking, wealth management, commercial lending, or capital markets
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E, FINRA)
  • Experience leading product delivery for relationship banking, treasury management, or wealth management platforms
  • Exposure to Salesforce platform governance — org strategy, permission model, integration patterns
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst
  • Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM) concepts
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing product teams

Responsibilities

  • Translate the enterprise CRM vision into clear, executable domain and value-stream strategies

  • Partner with the Product Director to align domain strategy to multi-year enterprise roadmap goals
  • Articulate the 'why' behind product decisions to stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive audiences
  • Own the domain or value-stream roadmap end-to-end, including sequencing, dependencies, and milestones
  • Ensure roadmap priorities reflect a balanced view of business value, technical risk, and delivery capacity
  • Maintain roadmap currency and communicate changes proactively to senior stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to bridge domain roadmap intent to sprint-level execution
  • Recommend prioritization decisions based on business value, risk exposure, and delivery feasibility
  • Develop and maintain a structured business case framework to support investment decisions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to validate priorities and secure alignment on trade-off decisions
  • Monitor value delivery against investment expectations and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for senior business stakeholders across assigned domains
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, roadmap updates, and escalation resolution with senior leaders
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with technology, data, architecture, and compliance teams
  • Represent the product organization in cross-functional forums and strategic planning sessions
  • Own end-to-end process design for CRM domains under management
  • Ensure process designs align to enterprise standards while meeting line-of-business operational needs
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities surfaced through delivery, data analysis, or stakeholder feedback
  • Partner with operational SMEs and business analysts to document and validate process designs
  • Accountable for delivery outcomes across releases within assigned domains

  • Ensure release readiness through milestone tracking, scope management, and cross-team coordination
  • Review and accept release-level deliverables to confirm alignment to strategic intent
  • Oversee backlog health, alignment, and quality across owned domains
  • Define backlog grooming standards and ensure Product Owners maintain prioritized, actionable queues
  • Provide strategic direction on feature prioritization and backlog sequencing
  • Validate that backlog items reflect the right level of business, technical, and compliance detail
  • Ensure domain deliverables align to enterprise data and architecture standards
  • Champion data quality, platform governance, and scalability considerations in all product decisions
  • Partner with data and architecture teams to review and approve data design decisions

  • Represent the product team in regulatory, audit, and controls review forums as needed
  • Own the release-level enablement plan including training, communication, and adoption milestones
  • Measure and track feature adoption post-launch and drive corrective action where adoption falls short
  • Partner with change management resources to ensure business readiness for each release
  • Build success metrics for enablement and report outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • Track value realization across releases and report on KPIs tied to business outcomes
  • Define domain-level success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders and the Product Director
