About The Position

RiVidium is seeking a Data Platform Lead / DBA Engineer to support the planned MODES III team, which will assist the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role is crucial for IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations - Core Operations, aiming to deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and stakeholders. The position involves supporting assigned PWS task areas, providing subject matter expertise, executing operations, and reporting performance metrics aligned with task objectives. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs).
  • Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
  • For IT and cybersecurity workforce positions, applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, visualization tools, analytics, or reporting automation, as applicable to the role.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data quality, governance, and performance metrics in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data platform, database, or data storage engineering activities supporting enterprise analytics and reporting.
  • Maintain platform reliability, performance, structure, and access in alignment with mission needs.
  • Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and developers on integrations and data availability.
  • Support operational continuity, documentation, and improvement of platform services.
