The manager establishes development standards and best practices, maintains code quality and system architecture, and acts as the key link between the development team and upper management. Requirements

3+ years of experience with data governance
2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning tools
Experience with data analytics and presenting findings to leadership
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Ability to manage resource allocation, team workload, and project prioritization
Ability to stay up to date with the latest software development and data management technologies and methodologies
Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred; Master’s degree in a STEM field a plus
PMP, AWS, ITIL, or CSM Certification
Security+ CE Certification
