About The Position

Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Managing Director of Data Ops & Data Governance — driving clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes for the business. The role requires consulting-grade problem solving, project oversight, executive communication, and the ability to operate hands-on in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, product, consulting, or COS/COO-type roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Familiarity with Product development and customer engagement concepts with a track record of connecting digital experiences to business value.
  • Demonstrated program leadership experience and the ability to drive clarity and results in matrixed environments without formal ownership.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling (decks, memos) and stakeholder influence skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a clear operating cadence, including leadership forums and all-hands meetings creating team alignment and shared context. Maintain, enhance or deprecate current activities as needed.
  • Develop, launch and own leadership accountability for the organization and produce crisp narratives and materials.
  • Cross-functional strategic alignment with core internal partners (e.g. Technology, Business Teams, & Data Ops) as well as internally across DataOps to ensure we make continued progress to our teams overall mission.
  • Partner with Technology team and Data Ops team to stand up efficiencies throughout DataOps lifecycle
  • Establish planning rigor between Technology and Data Ops to ensure delivery standards and proper risk management
  • Proactively identify risks/blocks and coordinate cross-functional resolutions to keep outcomes on track.
  • Develop briefs, memos and exec-ready storytelling for executive leadership and external audiences; simplify complexity into action.
  • Partner with HRBPs for improved cross-org talent calibration, increased internal talent mobility, strategic staffing and the development of a strong early career pipeline.
  • Foster team vitality through measurable engagement activities and transparent goal laddering down through leadership levels.
  • Drive partnership with business, technology and data teams to enable strong alignment through consistent communication and evaluation of progress against business performance.
  • Ensure we have alignment between deliverables and team capacity highlighting gaps and developing infrastructure to track.
