About The Position

We are looking for a Data Operations & Analytics Specialist to support data mapping, data quality, governance, reporting, and business operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data mapping across multiple data sources and reporting layers, document business definitions, transformation logic, and data lineage, and work closely with data owners and stewards to resolve data-related issues. The role will also involve implementing data quality rules, maintaining metadata and data glossary entries, developing SOPs for data governance and change control, preparing status reports and governance scorecards, and assisting with training materials and user training. In addition, the candidate will review and audit financial and purchase order data, identify variances, support operational planning, and ensure alignment with budget requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, data governance, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Understanding of budgets, cost drivers, financial reports, and basic financial analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data mapping, data quality, metadata, data lineage, and governance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
