About The Position

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a strategic data leader to guide a team of experienced professionals in managing and advancing enterprise data assets. This role drives the development and execution of comprehensive data strategies, builds strong partnerships across health and human services, and identifies opportunities for improving OHA’s ability to make human-centered, data-informed decisions. Working closely with the Office of Information Services, all OHA Divisions, and external partners, the data office manager ensures actionable insights, evaluates emerging technologies, and strengthens the agency’s data maturity to support progress toward eliminating health inequities.

Requirements

  • Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
