About The Position

For our client, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, we are looking for a hands-on Technical Consultant to strengthen the technical backbone of ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role, you will operate in the “engine room” of the transformation—focusing on data migration, system integration, and technical solution delivery within ERP environments. You will work closely with architects and implementation teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality system landscapes. This is a full-time remote contract role, we preferably seek candidates based in Serbia or Poland.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP projects with a data migration focus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
• Solid understanding of data structures, SQL, and transformation logic
• Ability to work across functional and technical topics
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

• Experience with integrations or APIs is a plus
• German language skills are a strong plus
• Someone who enjoys working “under the hood” of ERP systems
• Strong ownership mindset – getting things done, not just designing concepts
• Experience in complex ERP landscapes with multiple integrations
• High attention to detail when it comes to data quality and consistency

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyze legacy systems and contribute to data mapping and transformation design
• Execute migration cycles including data loads, validation, and reconciliation
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during migration activities
• Support data quality assessments and ensure consistency across systems
• Assist in integration topics where required (interfaces, data flows)
• Troubleshoot migration issues and support stabilization phases
• Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards
• Document migration logic, mappings, and outcomes
