Job Description: Purpose of Position The Data Migration Lead ensures FSRA maintains ownership and governance over data decisions, architecture, and quality throughout the MCBS transition. The role focuses on delivering outcomes by influencing business, technical, and vendor stakeholders without direct authority. The position is accountable for leading the development of advanced data models and supporting related initiatives that enable effective planning, development, and implementation. This work strengthens data efficiency, governance, and technical foundations to support high‑quality, evidence‑based decision‑making for products, programs, and policy.
