Requirements

Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or similar programming experience
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Excellent organization and time management skills
Customer-focused, collaborative, and self-motivated approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time as business needs require

Nice To Haves

Experience in data analysis is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and Microsoft .NET/MS SQL stack is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that migrate data from external software into Skyward software
Analyze and interpret data from third-party software systems
Conduct code reviews and support high-quality development practices
Perform testing, including project and regression testing
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve products and processes
Collaborate directly with customers and other Skyward departments to ensure success of each data migration
