About The Position

This position provides technical expertise relating to improving processes, data, and data systems for the Water Quality Control Division. The role performs complex duties relating to designing and implementing data management systems, report development, and ensuring conformance with software best practices, including API-driven architectures and low/no-code solutions, such as Salesforce. This position will capture requirements, document solutions, and champion the current and future use of technology systems.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in data management or analysis and management of business processes and systems.
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, management, accounting, public administration, or a related field AND Two (2) years of professional experience in data management or analysis and management of business processes and systems.
  • Additional education in business, information technology, management, accounting, public administration will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
