About The Position

This role is for a Senior Data Manager responsible for managing data, leading projects, and providing data-driven insights. The position requires extensive technical project management experience and the ability to solve strategic problems. The candidate will work with complex data, including geospatial data, and cloud architectures. Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and NGA enterprise technology systems is desired.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with people management
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen problem-solving skills
• Extensive technical project management experience
• 4+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis
• 4+ years of experience developing visualizations
• 4+ years of experience processing complex data to create data-driven insights
• Experience with data manipulation
• Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures
• Working knowledge of database technologies
• Experience managing databases and data pipelines
• Experience working with cloud architectures
• 2+ years of experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats
• TS/SCI REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Experience with NGA enterprise technology systems, such as NGA CORE and MLOps
• GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (F)
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies applied to geospatial data
