About The Position
Join the Business Operations Support team at New Mexico State University! This position offers an opportunity to contribute to NMSU's mission in a dynamic higher education environment. The Data Management Specialist will assist with the administration of Business systems applications, including Jaggaer (all modules), Wells Fargo/PCard system, and others as implemented or assigned. This role involves pulling data from all systems to review and troubleshoot errors, ensuring user security is current, and providing system troubleshooting support for the Aggie Service Center. The specialist will also assist with data and reporting support for the Aggie Service Center and serve as a resource for project teams as new system needs are identified and implemented.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of experience related to the job duties and responsibilities as outlined.
