About The Position

The Data Management Coordinator GCM is responsible for preparing projections and analyses, serving as a liaison with outside consultants, managing database programming information, performing analytical reviews, and communicating analyses to leadership. This role requires maintaining adequate knowledge of healthcare trends and state-of-the-art analytical tools. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and a professional image.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Extensive analytical and computer skills required.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional image and the confidentiality of all information.
  • Works in a fast paced environment.
  • Lifting, moving and transporting equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds of weight shoulder high.
  • Walking and sitting for long periods of time.
  • Must speak English and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Finger dexterity.
  • Good general vision and hearing.
  • Critical thinking and ability to concentrate.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or Health Administration preferred.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
