About The Position

Join Lockheed Martin's dynamic team working on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. We provide training systems for the world's most advanced aircraft, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. As a key member of our Data Management Team, you will coordinate the creation, review and delivery of contract documents according to projected timelines. You will manage document control processes, including versioning, access control and document lifecycle management. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure contract documents meet quality and compliance standards. You will monitor and track document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed proactively. You will maintain accurate records of document revisions, updates and approvals. You will provide support during audits or inspections related to document management and compliance. You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address document-related inquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two or more years of experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work with minimal day to day supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in following established policies and procedures and using data management techniques.
  • Track record in meeting deadlines under tight time restraints.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to multi-task, to support several varying assignments / programs, and have excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate successfully across engineering organizations, management, and customers.
  • Flexible in the face of challenges and able to adapt to change.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
