About The Position

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time hours. The role is focused on labelling, annotating, and evaluating photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in Vietnamese, assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness. It also involves evaluating AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for Vietnamese users, helping shape how AI experiences land in your language. You will also be building and contributing to Vietnamese-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features, delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines, and reviewing and refining your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency. You will collaborate with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment.

Requirements

• Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and spoken English
• Ability to move fluidly between Vietnamese and English with confidence
• Attention to detail and high quality bar even on repetitive tasks
• Self-directed and able to manage own time across multiple concurrent projects
• Adaptable and able to pick up new guidelines quickly and apply them consistently
• Genuine curiosity about AI and excitement to be part of building language experiences that work for Vietnamese users
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the work evolves

Responsibilities

• Labelling, annotating, and evaluating photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in Vietnamese — assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness
• Evaluating AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for Vietnamese users, helping shape how AI experiences land in your language
• Building and contributing to Vietnamese-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features
• Delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines
