About The Position

Welo Data is hiring a Marathi Data Labeling Associate for Project Perseus, a human-in-the-loop AI project. This role evaluates AI model outputs, identifies gaps and failure patterns, and provides structured, high-quality feedback to help improve model behavior in real-world scenarios. The work combines data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment; associates are expected to think critically and contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not only follow them. Candidates must be located in or able to commute to New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, or Boston. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
