About The Position

As a data compensation intern, you will analyze data from multiple sources to surface patterns, anomalies, and opportunity areas and translate those findings into clear recommendations. You will contribute to the design or refinement of dashboards, metrics frameworks, or reporting tools that teams actually use. You will participate in discovery conversations and working sessions with business unit stakeholders, preparing materials, capturing insights, and helping synthesize what you hear. You will also conduct structured research on industry practices, competitor data strategies, and market benchmarks relevant to our business unit partners. This internship offers exposure to how enterprise data functions are designed, operated, and managed, hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic systems in active enterprise use, and a professional network inside a global advisory and solutions company. You will receive mentorship from an array of leaders with deep expertise in data strategy, architecture, and governance.
