About The Position

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 25 - August 13 Session 2: June 14 - September 3 The Data Intern has an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions. Interns will learn how to work with large datasets, create meaningful reports, and collaborate with teams to improve processes and outcomes. This role is ideal for students interested in data analytics, business intelligence, and problem-solving in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
Analyze existing reports for accuracy and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Assist in profiling data to identify anomalies and trends.
Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Finance) to support enterprise initiatives.
Explore new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.
Support development of new reporting, modeling, and analysis tools.
