About The Position

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a full-time Data Intelligence & Governance Manager for a position in Maryland. The role leads enterprise data governance and data intelligence efforts supporting commercial and government clients. It oversees data policies, strategies, architectures, analytics, information management, security coordination, interoperability, and data readiness for AI/ML capabilities. The position also provides technical direction and coordinates with Government stakeholders and contractor technical teams.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data governance policies, procedures, standards, and frameworks to support data integrity, accuracy, consistency, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute enterprise data intelligence strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with mission objectives, operational requirements, enterprise architecture, and DoD information management standards.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data architectures, data models, integration frameworks, and interoperability solutions for secure information exchange across classified and unclassified environments.
Direct the development, implementation, and sustainment of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to support leadership decisions and mission operations.
Establish and enforce data quality standards, validation procedures, metadata management practices, data classification requirements, and information lifecycle management processes.
Manage development and optimization of enterprise data repositories, data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes for scalable data processing, integration, reporting, and analytics.
Oversee enterprise information management, knowledge management, and records management, including organization, retention, retrieval, protection, and authorized sharing of mission-critical information in accordance with DoD requirements.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, ISSM, ISSO, and enterprise architecture personnel on data protection, access controls, security classifications, audit capabilities, and risk management consistent with DoD cybersecurity policies and applicable NIST standards.
Lead interoperability and information-sharing initiatives among systems, DoD organizations, mission partners, and authorized external stakeholders using standardized data structures, secure APIs, and automated data exchange.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and technical stakeholders to establish data readiness, governance, quality, and integration requirements for AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and emerging data intelligence capabilities.
Provide technical direction and oversight for assigned data intelligence and governance activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation planning, performance monitoring, risk identification, quality assurance, and coordination with Government stakeholders and contractor technical teams.
Develop and maintain data governance documentation, architecture artifacts, technical procedures, performance metrics, implementation plans, and management reports; identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, operational efficiency, automation, and enterprise information management.
