The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, reliability, and appropriate reconciliation of patient identity and clinical information across the enterprise electronic health record (EHR), Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI), interoperability platforms, and connected applications. The Analyst performs advanced analysis and investigation of complex patient identity and health record integrity issues, including duplicate medical records, overlays, incorrect patient selections, demographic discrepancies, documentation errors, interoperability discrepancies, external data reconciliation, data conversion issues, and other conditions that may impact patient safety or the integrity of the longitudinal patient record. The Data Integrity Analyst independently assesses complex issues, determines root cause and downstream impact, develops comprehensive correction plans, and coordinates resolution across clinical, operational, technical, and administrative systems. The position serves as a subject matter expert for patient identity and health record integrity and collaborates with Health Information Management, Patient Access, clinical departments, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Privacy, Compliance, Population Health, and other stakeholders across the health system.
