About The Position

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly qualified Data Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with an active US government Top Secret clearance to provide specialized technical support for the development, sustainment, and life cycle management of data integration and data-enabled intelligence capabilities. This position directly supports Army modernization priorities by ensuring data integration capability requirements are defined, prioritized, and aligned with the foundational intelligence layer and multidomain operations.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of data integration and data management, sensor processing, and AI/ML applications for intelligence systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of relevant professional experience with applicable military/civilian education.
  • 11+ years of experience
  • Active TOP SECRET-SCI clearance or an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of military intelligence systems, C5ISR functions, and capability development processes.
  • Familiarity with DoDIN, cloud frameworks, and SaaS applications relevant to enterprise-level data integration.
  • Experience with requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional, including creating executive-level briefings, reports, and publications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational readiness.
  • Strong editing and document development skills, ensuring clarity, logical flow, and compliance with AR 25-50.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on research, capability development, and presentation preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to data integration systems and initiatives, ensuring effective sustainment, modernization, and integration into Army operations.
  • Assist in developing, managing, and prioritizing new/emerging data integration capability requirements across the Army Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Participate in Army data integration and intelligence teleconferences, working groups, and VTCs to identify user issues and recommend solutions.
  • Establish and maintain coordination with organizations, agencies, and operational units for exercises, demonstrations, and field support (e.g., NIE, AWA, EC).
  • Ensure data integration systems remain responsive to evolving mission requirements and operational environments.
  • Review and assess current and emerging data integration TTPs; provide recommendations for refinement and new development.
  • Provide technical support to emerging Foundation Layer capabilities, including sustainment, life cycle support, and capability development.
  • Support development and prioritization of advanced initiatives such as AIDP Cloud to Tactical Edge, TITAN Advanced/Basic, Edge Node, and AI/ML applications.
  • Adhere to the Foundation Layer capabilities framework in all aspects of data integration support and development.
