About The Position

Stratagen is seeking Data Integration Specialists at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to support a federal program within the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division (contingent upon award). Data Integration Specialists will support the development, enhancement, and sustainment of data integration solutions. The role focuses on ETL development, data transformation, vendor integrations, secure data exchange, troubleshooting, and the use of automated tools to improve data integration processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex data environments and be comfortable troubleshooting integrations across applications, databases, web services, and secure file transfer systems.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in data integration, ETL development, and SFTP troubleshooting (Senior).
Requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with data integration and ETL tools (Mid-Level).
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in data integration, data processing, or a related field (Junior).
Experience with applicable technologies in the following areas: Web Services: SOAP REST, Programming and Scripting: Java Python C C# .NET PL/SQL T-SQL, Databases and Data Tools: Oracle PostgreSQL Microsoft Access MySQL Sybase Firebird c-tree ACE SQL Developer Other relational database technologies, Data Transformation and Schemas: XML XSLT XSD DTD, Additional Experience: ETL tools and processes SFTP and secure data connections Data standards and validation Data mapping Law enforcement data IEPD specifications Vendor integration solutions.
An active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain data integration solutions and automated integration tools.
Work with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) technologies and vendor integration solutions.
Develop and modify data integration processes to support new and existing systems.
Troubleshoot Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections and data transfer issues.
Support data mapping, transformation, validation, and standardization activities.
Work with web services using SOAP and REST.
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot code and scripts used in integration solutions.
Work with relational databases and SQL-based technologies.
Work with data transformation and schema technologies, including XML, XSLT, XSD, and DTD.
Support integration testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution.
Apply data standards and validation practices to ensure reliable data exchanges.
Work with law enforcement data and applicable Information Exchange Package Documentation (IEPD) specifications.
Follow applicable security policies, regulations, standards, and program requirements.
