Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- 2 years development/database experience with object oriented programming/relational database
- Successfully implement 1 major or 4 minor projects
Responsibilities
- Researches innovative data integration solutions to solve complex business and interoperability challenges across the health system.
- Designs, develops, and maintains data integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
- Automates manual data processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitors data integrations for performance, reliability, and data quality.
- Works independently to make solid business decisions with minimal supervisor support.
- May lead other data integration analysts on a team.
