About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening how a human services division uses data to improve outcomes for individuals and families. The Data Integration & Quality Specialist will help build more consistent, reliable, and meaningful data practices across programs—supporting better decision-making, stronger compliance, and more effective service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, people, and purpose, and is motivated to turn data into insight and impact.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or program evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience working with databases or case management systems such as Apricot, HMIS, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in human services, housing, or nonprofit settings.
  • Solid understanding of performance measurement and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in training or facilitation.
