About The Position

The Data Insights & Analytics Manager sits within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization and plays a critical role in shaping and executing the data and analytics strategy. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes across GBS. As a leader, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock the value of data, while building and fostering a strong data-driven culture. You will guide a team to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with audiences at all levels of the organization. A key focus of this role is to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks through advanced analytics and insights. In parallel, you will collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to design and enhance the GBS data architecture, including supporting the migration and optimization of data within Snowflake.
