Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present key insights clearly and concisely. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operational teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Performance Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance. Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and outcomes. Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources. Storytelling with Data: Synthesize complex information into digestible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and AI-driven analytics.
