About The Position
AssistRx, LLC has an opening for the position of Data Insights Analyst (Ref# DIA65VY). This role involves developing reports and analytics using data from a data warehouse and Salesforce, leveraging tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python. The analyst will develop data and analytics strategies, drive data-informed decisions through advanced analytics, and identify patterns and trends. Responsibilities include comparing data, applying statistical analysis, providing data context through visualizations and narratives, identifying and investigating data anomalies, and building/automating dashboards and reports. The role also involves quality assurance of data and reports, collaborating with client-facing teams, researching and resolving data quality issues, managing partner requests, configuring mapping tools, testing tools, and acting as a data expert. Additionally, the analyst will lead client/partner trainings on data specifications and stay updated on program data spec changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Data Analyst or related experience.
- 2 years of experience with client-facing teams.
- 2 years of experience with MS Excel.
- 2 years of experience with SQL.
- 2 years of experience with either Tableau or Salesforce.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Snowflake.
Responsibilities
- Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools.
- Develop data and analytics strategies and leverage advanced analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends over time.
- Compare data from different categories to identify relationships or correlations.
- Apply statistical analysis to identify patterns and relationships in the data.
- Provide context and explanations for the data by using visualizations and narrative descriptions.
- Identify outliers or anomalies in the data and investigate their causes.
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce, driving performance and visibility across client deliverables.
- Review and QA data/report before it is provided to the client (internal/external).
- Collaborate directly with client-facing teams on data needs and key deadlines.
- Research and identify data quality issues.
- Monitor client data submissions and communicate with them in the resolution of data quality issues.
- Manage ongoing, incoming partner requests and questions regarding data specifications.
- Configure mapping tools to support translation from source data to desired format.
- Involved in testing of tool and providing clear documentation to internal resources and customer.
- Act as resident expert for data requirements/specifications internally and for the client as needed.
- Remain informed and up to speed with ongoing changes and evolution of assigned program data specs.
- Lead client/partner web-based trainings regarding data specifications and requirements.
