Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or similar discipline
2 years of experience with data analytics
Customer presentation experience required
Strong Excel skills
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks
Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data

Nice To Haves

Healthcare, Insurance, or Worker's Compensation industry experience highly preferred
Experience with GenAI tools preferred (Co-Pilot)

Responsibilities

Accept data from multiple sources, both internal and external, and independently analyze the data to understand the causes and effects of each variable
Make recommendations on how to maximize use of the services and vendors represented by the data
Analyze data for annual customer program reviews and create communication tools for use in presenting the results to internal and external customers
Manage intake of data from internal and external sources
Understand the business requirements of the use of the data
Provide analysis of the data
In-person presentation at external customer meetings with audiences ranging from operational to senior executive
