Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR 5+ years equivalent professional experience
5+ years of hands-on experience querying and managing large datasets using SQL (including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization)
Extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
Understanding of data warehouse technical architectures and data modeling.
Experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server) including stored procedures and query optimization
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience ensuring data quality through validation, auditing, and troubleshooting processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative data workflows
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

Drive data-informed decision-making by delivering actionable insights from clinical management and payer datasets, translating complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
Lead intake, prioritization, and execution of data initiatives aligned with business objectives while influencing cross-functional stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
Own, document, and evolve enterprise data architecture, including application data models, lineage, system data flows, and reverse engineering of legacy data structures.
Establish and reinforce best practices for data governance, quality, compliance, and documentation, serving as a subject matter expert on underlying data ecosystems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues through root-cause analysis, solution design, and continuous monitoring.
Design, optimize, and automate scalable SQL-driven reporting and monitoring solutions while managing multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Annual compensation between $82,000 - $97,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive.
