About The Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data & Informatica Architect to design and define complex enterprise architectures across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, integration, cloud technologies, Informatica, security, and data governance, with the ability to lead architectural decisions across complex and hybrid technology landscapes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing complex enterprise architectures.
  • Microservices and distributed architectures.
  • Data Warehouse (DWH) and Data Lake architectures.
  • Hybrid cloud and on-premises architectures.
  • Advanced data modelling.
  • Data integration and enterprise integration patterns.
  • APIs and middleware technologies.
  • SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform, ideally with exposure to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • On-premises infrastructure and hybrid architectures.
  • Strong experience with the Informatica ecosystem, including: Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud / IDMC.
  • CDGC (Cloud Data Governance and Catalog) — highly desirable.
  • Master Data Management (MDM) — desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design and define complex enterprise architectures, including microservices, cloud, integration, hybrid environments, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and data models.
  • Define scalable and secure architecture solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Provide architectural leadership across data, integration, and application initiatives.
  • Design and oversee API and middleware architectures, ensuring reliable integration between systems and platforms.
  • Define data architectures and data modelling strategies for analytical environments.
  • Work with relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Ensure solutions meet required standards for security, scalability, performance, and resilience.
  • Establish and promote data governance and data security practices, including data lineage, data masking, role management, and access control.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
  • Define and manage access to data and technology environments across both cloud and on-premises platforms.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies where they can provide business or technical value.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, security, DevOps, and business teams to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps.
