Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Data Governance
Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and Sensitivity Labels
Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hands‑on DLP experience
Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

A Master’s degree in Information Governance, Data Protection, or IT Security is a plus
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP) are beneficial and may substitute formal education

Responsibilities

Designing and maintaining a Copilot‑ready classification taxonomy and implementing it in Microsoft Purview
Configuring and optimizing Sensitivity Labels to control Copilot access and data extraction
Building and maintaining auto‑labeling policies for existing and newly created data
Defining and managing Data Loss Prevention policies to protect sensitive and regulated information
Monitoring and documenting governance controls using Purview Audit Logs and eDiscovery
Working closely with IT Security, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders
