About The Position

Data Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead ACE is looking for an experienced Data Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead position to lead the implementation of the Data Retention, Classification, Compliance and Masking Framework. What You'll Do: As our Data Governance GRC Lead, you will solve complex business problems ensuring that the enterprise data can be trusted, secured, and used You will lead the design and implementation of Data Governance Solutions, and working with the Data Governance Manager, the Data Governance Solution Architect and related stakeholders to map out detailed project timeline and deliverables including successful delivery of the various phases such as process design, solution build prototype, solution build pilot and subsequent roll-out planning You may also be asked to provide multiple product demos, training, and documentation of such training materials You must have hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data governance platform implementation such as Collibra Data Intelligence, Data Quality and Data Privacy implementation You should be able to bring the best practices of Data Governance implementation into the team, as most of the time the data users may just generalize the “known” issues vs. the “unknown” issues. Your solution design must ensure that you look at Data Governance as an integrated processes in the data pipeline, and that it is scalable regardless of the data creation, data processing and data storage platforms Some of the key projects this position may lead include (1) establishing Record Retention Framework, Data Classification and data obfuscation strategy as well as compliance/monitoring process What You'll Need: To thrive in this role, you must have experience with data management and data governance systems and be able to discuss every stage of the project you managed from conception, through design into development, and into post-production You must have 9+ years of experience in Data Governance Solution Design and Build: Data Governance Risk and Controls, Data Classification and Labeling, Data Obfuscation, Data Controls and Risks Assessments Design You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, and ability to solicit and prioritize requirements and use case from various colleagues and business stakeholders to determine optimal solutions to integrate their businesses into the Data Governance platform You are expected to have knowledge of Data Governance operating model and how Data Governance framework/solution will impact on the business You are expected to have working and hands-on experience of the following technologies: Collibra (DGC 5.0 +, Collibra Console, Collibra Connect) AWS S3, Kafka, Hive, DB2, MS SQL Server, Data Bricks Java scripting and web service integration skills Integration tools using file-based/MQ/HTTP based integration The starting pay range for this position is: $132,600.00 - $176,900.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. . Requirements

  • experience with data management and data governance systems and be able to discuss every stage of the project you managed from conception, through design into development, and into post-production
  • 9+ years of experience in Data Governance Solution Design and Build: Data Governance Risk and Controls, Data Classification and Labeling, Data Obfuscation, Data Controls and Risks Assessments Design
  • excellent communication skills, and ability to solicit and prioritize requirements and use case from various colleagues and business stakeholders to determine optimal solutions to integrate their businesses into the Data Governance platform
  • knowledge of Data Governance operating model and how Data Governance framework/solution will impact on the business

  • Java scripting and web service integration skills
